Antony Paul Bishop
Managing Partner
Antony has more than 30 years in merchant banking and
tremendous experience in providing structured financing
solutions with a particular emphasis on capital market
transactions. He founded Treasury Merchant Finance Limited
(TMF) in 1998 to provide a range of merchant banking
and consultancy services, including financial structuring,
mergers and acquisitions, strategic business advice,
private equity placement, corporate restructuring, debt
and asset-based financing. TMF is the New Zealand joint
venture partner of iGlobe Partners.
Over his career, Antony has worked at the National
Bank of New Zealand, Marac Securities Ltd., NZI Securities
and Paine Belcher Securities Limited. He is a qualified
Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce
& Administration degree from Victoria University
(Wellington).

Koh Soo Boon
Managing Partner
Soo Boon, the founder of iGlobe Partners and co-founder
of iGlobe Treasury, has over 30 years experience in
venture capital and international banking.
Previously, she held senior positions with the Vertex
Group, the venture capital arm of Singapore Technologies
Pte Ltd. She helped establish Vertex's European operation
in London and headed it for three years. Her last position
with Vertex was Senior Vice President / Deputy General
Manager of Vertex Management II Pte Ltd.
Prior to joining Vertex, Soo Boon worked at DBS Bank
in Singapore for 12 years. Soo Boon graduated from King's
College, University of London with First Class Honors
in Mathematics. She has also attended the INSEAD Advance
Management Programme.

Philip Lum
General Partner
Philip brings over 23 years of cross border debt, equity
and operational management experience in the finance, services
and system integration sectors. His career spans venture capital
investments, managing the finances of publicly listed and
private companies, and helping enterprises to turnaround,
restart, innovate and re-perceive their businesses.
Prior to joining iGlobe Treasury, Philip held senior positions
at publicly listed Teledata (Singapore) Ltd., BeXcom Pte.
Ltd., Vertex Management, ING-Barings, Republic National Bank
of New York, and DBS Bank.
Philip has a Bachelor degree in Economics (Honors) from the
University of Adelaide and a MBA from the University of South
California. During his academic and professional stints, he
has won numerous academic awards, grants and scholarships.

Doris Yee
General Partner
Doris has more than 15 years of experience in investments and
engineering.
Prior to joining iGlobe Treasury, Doris was with the Government
of Singapore's National Science and Technology Board (NSTB)
where she held the positions of Senior Manager in the CIO
Office and the New Business Division.
Doris pioneered the Venture Incentive Scheme for Startups,
a scheme catalyzing the formation and development of technology
enterprises in Singapore. She has also spearheaded NSTB's
efforts to promote R&D investments.
Before this, Doris was with Chartered Electronics Industries
(part of the Singapore Technologies Group) and Telerate, a
U.S. financial data services company.
She has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and MBA from the
National University of Singapore.

Sin Jat Lai
Investment Manager
Sin Jat has over 8 years experience in administration, product management and
technology investment.
Prior to joining iGlobe Partners, Sin Jat was heading the product management
team for PINNZ, a start-up company providing VoIP and Communication Services in
the Asia. He spearheaded and rolled out 3 suites of products during his tenure
there. Prior to PINNZ, he was an officer with the National Science and Technology
Board (NSTB) of Singapore, a government agency promoting R&D and its commercialization.
He has supported industrial R&D, R&D commercialization in Singapore and
also provided consultation on business planning, market strategy and government
seed capital for startup companies.
Sin Jat earned his Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering specializing
in Communication Systems from the National University of Singapore. He has also completed
a double MBA program at the University of California, Los Angeles
and National University of Singapore.
